Scramasax or so called Seax is short early medieval one-blade knife. This type of weapon was well known especially across Nordic and Germanic tribes. Its short version was used for work, longer one as a weapon. Our workshop creates more variances of this weapon so popular across re-enactors.
We crafted this blade from POLDI spring steel 14 260 and harden them on 53 Rockwells blunt and 55 Rockwells sharp.
Medium size is up to 35 cm long, while large size is around 50cm long.
This product comes with sheath.
